WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT. RETURN OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS

RETURN CONDITIONS

Upon receipt, every customer has the right to return or exchange the received goods within 90 days.

The following conditions must be met:

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in its original condition, its packaging is intact, including no labels, packaging, stickers, protective film, etc. that are intended for unboxing and use of the product have been removed or damaged, without restricting the consumer's ability to open the package to inspect the goods.

Returns must be made in accordance with the procedure detailed below.

* In case of unapproved or unaccepted returns, Perfume Outlet reserves the right to refuse the return and the products will be returned to the delivery address of the original order.

Return method

Step 1

Before returning the products, please contact the Perfume Outlet customer service team by email at contact@perfumeoutletbg.com within 90 days of receiving the goods. You must send us an unambiguous statement providing your name, address, and phone number. It is recommended to include the order number along with the account holder's name and IBAN account to which you wish the amount to be refunded. We will send you a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal statement to your specified email address, as well as the delivery details you will need to complete the return.

Step 2:

Products must be returned in their original condition and you must ensure that the products have not been altered, modified, or used.

Step 3:

All that remains is to arrange the return of the product with the courier company "Econt" by following the above steps, and the products must be returned before the expiration of the 90-day return period.

REFUND

If the return process is completed correctly and the return conditions are met, as described above, our company is obliged to refund your money within 90 days of receiving your statement of withdrawal from the contract. We may delay the refund until we receive the products back or until you provide proof that you have sent the products back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be as follows:

- To the bank account you sent us with the statement of withdrawal from the contract, if the order payment was made by cash on delivery.

We will send you an email notification when the payment is made to you.

The time it takes for the money to reach your account may vary and is determined by the respective bank. Please contact your bank for more details.

Product return

If the return is for reasons other than product defects or delivery errors, you must bear the shipping costs. The return is made through the courier company "Econt", and the return address information will be provided to you at the email address you used to declare your withdrawal from the purchase.
