Fragrance ingredients
The Eau de Parfum opens with notes of caraway, cinnamon and oleander. The floral aroma also dominates its very heart with the help of damask rose, pelargonium and jasmine, complemented by the aroma of tea. Incense is the cornerstone of Epic Eau de Parfum and you will feel it even in the introduction, complemented by woody notes of sandalwood, agarwood and guaiac wood, mysterious musk, amber and patchouli with a hint of sweet vanilla.
History of fragrance
Amouage Epic Eau de Parfum was created by the trio of perfumers Cecile Zarokian, Daniel Maurel, and Angeline Leporini. It was launched in 2009. It is inspired by the mystical story of the search for the centuries-lost aria, buried somewhere near the Silk Road, along which silk from China was transported for centuries and exchanged for silver incense from Oman. The innocent story gradually becomes a legend, just like the Epic fragrance itself.
